  • Plan and host seminars by the students for the students

    • Book room on campus for seminar
    • Gauge interest via email 
    • Set up schedule
    • Create flier and advertise 
  • Host
    • COVID rules allowing, organize coffee and snacks
    • Attend seminars
    • Introduce the speakers 
    • Keep time 
  • Two presenters each month, some being from STOR department
    • Frequently host happy hours at Tru Deli immediately afterwards (no reservation needed)
    • This is able to be changed – just how we have ran things this year and it seemed to work well
