Several local organizations will gather for a happy hour to strengthen connections and promote innovative ideas across the Triangle’s global health community.
Currently enrolled Carolina graduate and professional students at all levels seeking fellowships, dissertation support, research grants, travel, and other awards are welcome to attend a Funding Information Workshop. We provide general instruction on getting the most out of our online databases and resources, with a focus on the Carolina Internal Funding Database, COS Pivot, and the Successful Proposals Collection.
Bring laptops to be able to start your own searches and have specific questions answered at the workshop. Facilitators: Graduate Funding Information Center (GFIC).
The first session of R Open Labs will assist attendees with getting oriented in the R Studio software and R programming language.
Please bring a laptop with R and R Studio installed. If you have problems installing the software, please arrive 15 minutes early (1:45 PM)
Hosted by the UNC Writing Center.
